Our Policies and Procedures


Appointments

In order to receive your complete scheduled services we employ that you arrive on time. We highly stress this in order to assure that other guests whom arrive after you are not inconvenienced.

In preparation for spa packages, massages or facials please arrive at least 30 minutes prior. This allows for paperwork to be completed and any concerns to be addressed.

If you do not arrive in time for your services to be started on time, we reserve the right to shorten your services in order not to inconvenience other our other guests as we would not want them to inconvenience you.

Cancellations

To avoid a charge for $30 for cancellations, we ask that you notify us
at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.

To avoid being charged the full spa package, please allow 72 hours for package cancellations and couple service(s) cancellations.

In packages made with less than a
48 hour notice will be charged the full amount of service at the time of scheduling.

At La'Sonia Nicole, we do everything possible to assure your needs are met. In the event that a scheduled service provider is unable to work, La'Sonia Nicole will do everything possible to reschedule the appointment(s) in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Payments

We currently accept all major credit cards. This includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 We also accept personal checks with proper identification and business checks. Returned checks are subject to a fee.

Groupon Policy

We redeem all Groupon vouchers the morning prior to your scheduled appointment. If for any reason you need to cancel or to reschedule please do prior to the morning before of your scheduled appointment.


La'Sonia Nicole Guarantee

If for any reason we fail to meet your expectation, please notify us immediately. We will repeat any service to your total satisfaction.

No cash, check or charge refunds will be given.

Retail Policy

You are welcome and encouraged to purchase your salon and spa products here at La'Sonia Nicole Salon and Spa.

Products that are accompanied with a receipt and unopened may be returned for service or merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase.

Gratuities

We encourage guests to leave gratuities for their technician and do leave that to our guests discretion.

However we do reserve the right to add gratuities to all packages.


Children Policy

La'Sonia Nicole Salon and Spa is a professional environment. We invite our guests in to relax their minds, release stress and tension from their bodies and to reduce the pressures of everyday for a moment. Due to this, La'Sonia Nicole Salon and Spa does not permit children in any area that they having services completed. This policy is for the safety of the children, our technicians, other guests and to insure your relaxation also.

In order to be insured that you are able to have your preferred technician and preferred appointment time please schedule your future service upon check-out.
